How do I choose the right product for my home?

At Classic Ceiling Supplies we have a large showroom, you can view our products, wander and take photographs at your leisure. You can also talk to one of the team and even take home samples.

I’d like to know what products go together can someone help me?

Yes, our staff can assist or we have a free estimation service currently done off plan, due to the current Covid-19 restrictions.

How do I go about getting a free quote?

Do you have your own installers?

Yes, we have our own qualified tradespeople.

How do I work with my builder?

Builders are familiar with working with us, if you make a product selection in our showroom or online just let the builder know what you're after and we'll work with them to make it happen.

Do you deliver?

Yes, $77 in the Adelaide Metropolitan area or by quotation if outside this zone.

Can I order from Interstate?

Yes, we can package your goods for transport.
Packaging costs are $25 or 10% of the value of the order whichever is greater.

What are your opening hours?

Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm
Closed Sunday and Public Holidays
Closed between Christmas – New Year

Can I get help to pack and load my car?

Yes, our staff can assist you. We have a loading bay that runs adjacent to our factory.

What happens if I mis-measure or order the wrong product?

If your goods are not damaged you can return them within 14 days, we will replace them or refund your purchase less a 10% restocking fee.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We have a brand new Showroom, located at 954-956 Port Rd, Albert Park.

What type of products do you stock?

We stock a wide range of our products, vents, roses and cornices. We carry inventory on hand, but larger orders need to be manufactured to order.

How do I take accurate measurements?

We suggest using a tape measure or you can use our free quote service (for installation orders only).

I need to match a particular type of Cornice can you help?

Yes, you can bring in a sample or you can email a picture to sales@classicceilings.com.au
We recommend that when taking a picture you align a tape measure with the product to assist with the dimensions, as a photo does not often indicate its true size.

Where are your products made?

All are made in our manufacturing facilities in Albert Park, by qualified, experienced craftsmen.

Can you make to order?

Yes, we can make a jig/mould to match a non-standard product. However, it must be quoted beforehand as it is specifically tailor-made.

If a particular product is not in stock, how long does it take?

It usually takes 5 workings days, but lead times may vary depending on the size of the order, so 10-15 working days for larger orders.

What is the smallest length of Cornice I can buy?

3 metres.

Can someone explain scale to me when it comes to choosing a product?

Yes, our staff are happy to explain or recommend the right size to suit your application.

Do you sell adhesive?

Yes, in a variety of sizes.
